For UGC agencies
UGC ops for Shopify-native agencies.
If your agency makes UGC video for Shopify brands, Briefbase is being built for your workflow: briefs, client approvals, partnership-ad requests, Spark Ads codes and a monthly report in one place. It is in development and not available yet.
Briefbase is in development and nobody is charged. The brief generator is free and works today.
Being built for: Founders running 2-15 person UGC agencies whose primary clients are Shopify-native DTC brands in beauty, skincare, supplement, fitness, and home goods.
A day in your life
You know this script
by heart.
- 07:42Brand asks for Spark Ads codes for the 4 new videos. They are in three different Slack threads.
- 11:09Whitelist request for Mia gets stuck because the creator gave the wrong Page ID in WhatsApp.
- 14:30You realize your brand is on Shopify Plus, which means three approval layers, and you are sending links to the wrong person.
- 18:00Month-end report needs Meta CPM data, Shopify revenue, TikTok GMV. Three exports, two CSVs, one spreadsheet.
An illustrative day built from common agency tasks, not a customer story.
What Briefbase is being built to do
Five things planned
for your stack.
None of these are available yet. Agencies on the early-access list decide which come first.
Partnership-ad (whitelisting) requests tracked per creator, with the account details in one place
Spark Ads codes stored with each video, with a reminder before they expire
A monthly creative report drafted from the videos you delivered and the results you add
A client review portal with your logo, planned for the Agency plan
CSV import from the Notion or Airtable board you already have
Who builds this
One founder,
no sales team.
Briefbase is being built by Doruk in Antalya, Turkey. It is in development: there is no app to sign in to yet, and the free brief generator is the part that works today. Agencies on the early-access list shape what gets built first, so if something matters to the way you work, say so.
- Nothing to pay yet
- Briefbase is in development. There is no checkout, and nobody is charged during early access.
- Priced for small agencies
- Planned launch pricing starts at $39 a month, published now rather than behind a sales call.
- Your creators stay yours
- Briefbase will not be a marketplace and will take no cut of creator payments.
- A person answers
- Email goes straight to the founder, not a support queue.
The planned workflow
From brief to payout,
in one place.
How a campaign is meant to run once Briefbase launches. Today, the free brief generator covers the first step.
- 01
Give each brand a review link
Each brand will get a link that opens without an account, where they review videos, approve and ask for revisions.
- 02
Send briefs to creators
Write a master brief once and send a copy to each creator. They will submit through their own link instead of a Drive folder.
- 03
Track partnership-ad requests
Each creator's request, account details and status will sit next to their videos, so nothing gets lost in a DM.
- 04
Get the brand to approve
The brand will watch in the portal, approve, and leave timestamped comments on anything that needs a revision.
- 05
Pay creators monthly
Briefbase will list approved deliverables and what each creator is owed. You pay with your own method and mark it paid.
