bBriefbase

For UGC agencies

For Meta Ads creative agencies tired of Business Manager.

If you produce paid social creative for Meta and live in Business Manager all day, Briefbase is being built to handle the creator side: formats, approvals, partnership-ad requests and a monthly scorecard. It is in development and not available yet.

Briefbase is in development and nobody is charged. The brief generator is free and works today.

Being built for: Meta Ads creative agencies who produce paid UGC content for ecommerce brands.

A day in your life

You know this script
by heart.

  • 07:42Three new creatives needed by end of day. Each needs a whitelisting request set up in Business Manager.
  • 11:09Brand asks which CPM the new variant hit. You do not track CPM per creative because there is no system for it.
  • 14:30Creator forgot to deliver the 9:16 raw version. You need it for the 1:1 cutdown.
  • 18:00Monthly report: which creator produced your best-performing ad? You guess.

An illustrative day built from common agency tasks, not a customer story.

What Briefbase is being built to do

Five things planned
for your stack.

None of these are available yet. Agencies on the early-access list decide which come first.

01

Partnership-ad (whitelisting) requests tracked per creator, with each one's status

02

Required deliverables per video (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, raw clips) as a checklist

03

A CPM-per-creator scorecard from the figures you paste in

04

A monthly report with a creator leaderboard

05

An asset library tagged by brand, creator and performance

Who builds this

One founder,
no sales team.

Briefbase is being built by Doruk in Antalya, Turkey. It is in development: there is no app to sign in to yet, and the free brief generator is the part that works today. Agencies on the early-access list shape what gets built first, so if something matters to the way you work, say so.

Nothing to pay yet
Briefbase is in development. There is no checkout, and nobody is charged during early access.
Priced for small agencies
Planned launch pricing starts at $39 a month, published now rather than behind a sales call.
Your creators stay yours
Briefbase will not be a marketplace and will take no cut of creator payments.

The planned workflow

From brief to payout,
in one place.

How a campaign is meant to run once Briefbase launches. Today, the free brief generator covers the first step.

  1. 01

Send the brief with required formats

Each brief will carry a deliverables checklist: 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and raw cuts.

  2. 02

    Creator delivers, Briefbase checks formats

Briefbase will flag missing formats on upload, before you have to send a where-is-the-1:1 email.

  3. 03

    Brand approves in the portal

A review link without a login, with timestamped comments, to approve or ask for a revision.

  4. 04

    Track the partnership-ad request

Each creator's request and its status will sit next to their videos, so you know who has confirmed.

  5. 05

    Track CPM and rank creators

Paste CPMs from Ads Manager and Briefbase will build the leaderboard for the monthly review.

FAQ

Questions answered.

Cannot find your answer here? Email us. The reply comes from the founder, not a bot.

Will Briefbase connect to Meta Ads Manager?
Not at first. The current plan is that you paste CPMs in each month. Briefbase is in development and not available yet.
Will Briefbase set up whitelisting inside Meta for me?
No. The creator grants partnership-ad access inside Meta's own apps. The plan is for Briefbase to track each request and its status, so you always know who has confirmed and who to remind.
Will my brand be able to see the CPMs?
The plan is to let you choose, per brand, whether performance figures show in their review portal.
