Refund Policy

We want Briefbase to genuinely save you time. If it does not, you should not pay for it.

The promise

If Briefbase does not save you at least five hours in your first paid month, email us within that month and we will refund the full amount. No forms, no exit interview, no friction.

How to request a refund

Email hi@getbriefbase.com with the email address on your account. We process refunds within 24 hours through Gumroad.

After the first month

Because we bill month-to-month with no contract, the simplest path after your first month is to cancel anytime. You will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Free trial

The first 30 days are free with no credit card. If you never enter a card, you are never charged. There is nothing to refund.
