Refund Policy

Nobody is charged today

Briefbase is in development. There is no checkout on this site and nobody is charged during early access, so there is nothing to refund. Requesting early access is an email to the founder, not a subscription.

If you were charged

If you started a Briefbase subscription on Gumroad before this page was updated, email hi@getbriefbase.com with the address you used and we will cancel it and refund every charge in full.

The policy planned for launch

When paid plans launch, the first paid month will carry this promise: if Briefbase does not save you at least five hours in that month, email us within the month and we will refund it in full. Billing will be month-to-month with no contract, and this page will be updated with the full terms before anyone is charged.
