By using this site and its free tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

What exists today

Briefbase, the workspace for UGC agencies, is in development and not available yet. This site offers free resources: the UGC brief generator, which runs in your browser, and brief templates you can download.

Billing

Nothing is sold through this site and nobody is charged during early access. Requesting early access is an email, not a subscription. These terms will be updated before any paid plan launches, and nobody will be charged without agreeing to them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or its tools for anything illegal, to send spam, or to infringe the rights of others.

Your content

What you type into the brief generator stays in your browser and is not sent to us. Briefs you create are yours.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: nobody is charged today, so there is nothing to refund.

Liability

The free tools and templates are provided "as is", without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using them.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you have requested early access, material changes will be emailed to you.
