Terms of Service

By using Briefbase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Briefbase provides UGC agency operations software on a subscription basis. We may update features over time.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Gumroad. The first 30 days are free. You can cancel anytime from your Gumroad account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use Briefbase for anything illegal, to send spam, or to infringe others rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You own your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service.

Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: if Briefbase does not save you five hours in your first month, we refund it.

Liability

Briefbase is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you.
