Privacy Policy

Briefbase ("we", "us") is run by an independent developer based in Antalya, Turkey. Briefbase is in development, so there are no accounts and no payments yet. This policy covers this website and its free tools.

What we collect

• Emails you send us, including early-access requests: your address and what you wrote.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser and pages requested), for security and to keep the site running.

What we do not collect

• What you type into the UGC brief generator. It runs in your browser and is not sent to us.
• Payment data. Nothing is sold during early access.

We do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you and, if you asked for early access, to tell you when there is something to try.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel, and its fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google. Email reaches us through our domain's mail forwarding. Each processes data only to provide its service.

Your rights and retention

We keep early-access emails until Briefbase launches or you ask us to delete them. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at hi@getbriefbase.com.
