Briefbase is being built by one person in Antalya, Turkey. No venture capital, no sales team, no 40-person roadmap committee. The goal is a tool that does one thing: run the operations loop for a UGC agency, end to end.

Why this exists

Every UGC agency starts the same way: a spreadsheet, a Drive folder, a dozen WhatsApp threads. It works until it does not. After that, the founder becomes a full-time logistics manager and the creative work suffers.

The big platforms, GRIN, Aspire, CreatorIQ, are built for brands running their own creator programs: discovery, seeding, affiliate tracking and payouts. Marketplaces supply creators and take a fee on their pay. Neither is built around the small agency that already has creators and needs to get briefs out, collect deliverables, get client approvals, and keep track of who is owed what.

Where it stands

Briefbase is in development. There is no app to sign in to yet, and nobody is charged. What works today is the free UGC brief generator and the brief template you can download. If you run a small UGC agency, request early access and tell me how you work: it decides what gets built first.
